Colin Duong is an alumni of the University of Southern California. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In 2024, Colin interned at the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Washington, D.C. At 16, Colin worked for Todd Gloria, the Mayor of San Diego, and Scott Peters, the U.S. Congressman for California’s 50th District. He was later appointed to the City of San Diego’s Youth Commission by Mayor Gloria and served as an aide on two political campaigns. On campus, Colin was the lab manager of the USC Security and Political Economy Lab.
